Obituary for Kimberly Ann Diehl (Dostie)
AUGUSTA, MAINE
Kimberly A. Diehl, age 55, died unexpectedly Friday, September 9, 2022 at her home. She was born in Augusta, ME on September 20, 1966 a daughter of the late Robert E. Dostie, Sr. and Rita N. (Kennett) Dostie.
Mrs. Diehl was a graduate of Cony High School, class of 1984.
She was employed by Progressive Distributors for many years.
Kim had a passion for crafting and crocheting. She and her daughter Alex would sit for hours making things. She was always the life of the party. Kim and her husband Matt enjoyed riding their motorcycle. They and her daughter Chelsey would attended Bike fests in Florida and charity motorcycle rides around there and Maine. She loved to go camping up north and enjoy the beautiful Maine woods with her son Chad and the rest of the family. She had a love for animals of all kinds, especially her dogs.
Kim loved hard and fought hard. She had a love for her kids and her grandkids that can never be questioned.
Mrs. Diehl is survived by her husband, Matthew O Diehl of Augusta; her daughter: Chelsey L. Warren and husband Brian Warren of Chelsea; her daughter: Alexandra N. LeClair and husband Chad LeClair of Augusta; her son, Chad A. Tobias of Chelsea; a brother, Robert Dostie, Jr. of Augusta; a sister, Cynthia Lavallee and husband Steven Lavallee of Winthrop; four grandchildren: Kayley, Kayden, Devin and Collin; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Following cremation, relatives and friends may visit on Saturday, September 24th from 10-11 AM at Plummer Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant St., Augusta where a memorial service will follow at 11 AM. Burial will be at a later date.
